TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participating in the exam contest, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Open to Indian residents only.
Employees, affiliates, and family members of Topper’s Treasure are not eligible to participate.
Participants must have access to a valid WhatsApp number & email Id.

2. Registration

Participants must complete the official registration through offline/online form.
Registration amount will be Non Refundable.
Registration amount should be payable in company account only.
Only one registration per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
All information provided must be accurate and verifiable.

3. Exam Rules

The exam will be conducted on [mention date/time/place].
Participants must appear on time. Late entries will not be allowed.
The exam may include questions based on General Knowledge, Aptitude, Math, English, Computer, Subject based topics.
Participants are strictly prohibited from cheating, copying, or using unfair means.

4. Scoring and Evaluation

Scores will be calculated automatically or manually depending on the format.
All decisions regarding scoring, ranking, and winner selection made by Topper’s Treasure will be final.

5. Prizes and Rewards

Winners will receive prizes such as (gift vouchers, electronics gadgets, certificates, etc).
The list of winners will be announced on our official WhatsApp channel or social media.
Prizes will be delivered within 15 business days of winner announcement.
Taxes or delivery charges (if applicable)may be borne by the participant.

6. Disqualification

Any false information, misrepresentation, or violation of rules will lead to disqualification.
Use of bots, scripts, or fake accounts will result in a permanent ban.

7. Content Rights

By participating, you give Topper’s Treasure the right to use your name, score, and photo for promotional purposes.
No compensation will be provided for such usage.

8. Privacy Policy

All participant data will be used strictly for contest purposes.
No personal information will be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

9. Liability

Topper’s Treasure is not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or platform errors.
We do not guarantee the delivery of prizes if the participant is unreachable or provides incorrect details.

10. Amendments

Topper’s Treasure reserves the right to amend or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be communicated through official channels.
